Benefits Overview
The
firm provides an excellent
benefits package including
the following:
- Health
insurance: The firm pays
100 percent of the employee's
health insurance premiums,
and 50 percent for any
dependents. Effective
on date of hire.
- Dental
insurance: The firm pays
100 percent of all dental
insurance premiums. Effective
on date of hire.
- Life
insurance at one and one-half
times your salary (up
to a maximum of $250,000).
Guaranteed issue up to
$100,000. Amounts over
that may involve a physical
as required by the insurance
carrier. The firm pays
100 percent of the premium.
Effective on date of hire.
- Accidental
Death & Dismemberment
insurance. The firm pays
100 percent of the premium.
Effective on date of hire.
- Long
and short-term disability
insurance coverage. The
firm pays 100 percent
of the premiums. Effective
on date of hire.
- Parking
allowance of $200 per
month. Prorated for the
first month.
- Relevant
professional membership
dues.
- A
business-casual dress
code.
- Paid
vacation time for paralegals
and professional staff.
Our
retirement package provides
retirement benefits in the
form of a 401(k) plan. The
firm makes an annual employer
contribution equal to 3 percent
of your gross salary (up to
a maximum salary of $170,000)
for the calendar year. You
are eligible to make individual
contributions to our 401(k)
plan effective the first of
the month following your date
of hire.
We
also have a pension and profit
sharing plan, which the firm
may make contributions toward
on your behalf based on the
financial status of the firm.
You are eligible for this
plan after one year of employment
with the firm.
