We put our associates right on the front lines of our work. We get associates involved directly with the client. This is the best experience an attorney can have and provides the most growth opportunities. We don't believe in back-office attorneys who work totally behind the scene, unknown to the client. We prefer a team approach that gets everyone involved.

New attorneys at LJP work closely with shareholders or other more experienced attorneys. This is the most valuable training--one-on-one. Work product is reviewed and feedback is provided. Through this process, new attorneys will learn the skills they need to succeed and gain valuable experience in the profession.
