Nicholas S. Kuhlmann
is an associate practicing primarily in the area of intellectual property litigation.
He is a 2004 graduate of Marquette University Law School, where he contributed to the
Intellectual Property Law Review and served as President of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
Mr. Kuhlmann earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics from the University
of St. Thomas in 2000, graduating magna cum laude.
Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked as an organic chemist at 3M, where he focused on small
molecule and polymer synthesis (2000-2001). Mr. Kuhlmann is currently admitted to practice law
in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and is a member of the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association.
